We do it because we know when our clients are succeed, we succeed. After 30 years in this business I can tell you that client retention is more important than new client acquisition.

Things you should know before you talk to us about joining our team

• If your idea of doing SEO is to build pages of thin or AI generated content with a lot of keywords and just buy a bunch of links to get it to rank, this agency isn’t for you. If you have been doing it that way, but you’re willing to learn, maybe. But we don’t use that method. It’s lazy and doesn’t generate leads.
• If you plan on using AI to write the content I assign to you, don’t bother. I don’t need tools or detectors to know low quality content when I see it, AI generated or not.
• If you are the type of person who always just does the bare minimum, you won’t be a good fit here.
• If you are looking for a salaried position, I don’t blame you, but getting paid for the work you actually produce can be a lot more lucrative if you work at it. When I came up in sales, I refused working for a salary. Commission only. I made more money that way because I put in the work.
• If you’re just looking for a little piecework now and then, I still want to hear from you, but I’m really looking for people who want to join our team.

A little history and information about our current plan

• Our agency has produced more than 1800 posts and articles per week with 50 writers. We know how to scale content marketing.
• While doing that, we still built websites, did SEO and provided other services for clients.
• 2025 was all about building our own assets. That means websites, publishing platforms, social media profiles and business pages, citations in major directories, and writing content. We currently get overflow work from other SEO agencies. That funds what we are building.
• As January of 2026, Most of my attention is geared toward bringing in enough business to get everyone on my team paid.

It takes patience and a good plan to get this done. I’ve been here before. I know how to build this, but I can’t do it alone.
