I don’t waste people’s time. That’s why I tell you it’s straight commission right up front. However, it’s a very generous commission.
- You are paid 10-30% (Depends on Scope) of what the client spends initially when you bring in a new client. The initial amount varies by project but it’s rare that it isn’t at least $500 and can be as much as $10,000 or more.
- You get 5% of what they spend for as long as they stay a client. My average client stays 2-3 years because we produce real results. Monthly fees range from $500/mo to $8000/mo. You do the math. The potential is exponential.
And the biggest bonus is that you don’t even have to close the sale.
Get me on the phone with them, get them to call me, put me on three-way calling, get them to book a 15-minute appointment with me over Zoom. Ask them to call me directly. I’ll close the deal and you can participate, sit in on the call or just let me handle it. It’s still your account and you get paid the same.

- Learn from a mentor with 50 years of sales experience. A closer.
- You are not an employee. You work as much or as little as you like. You work where you want to work as long as you are in The US, the UK, or Canada.
- Work online or on the phone or see potential clients in person. Everyone’s situation and skills are different so we’re flexible.
- Learn as much as you want. The more you learn about what we do and how we do it, the easier it is for you to explain it to clients. We encourage you to attend training, but it isn’t a requirement.
- You don’t even have to close the sale. Get them on the phone with me, have them set a time on my calendar and you can be in on the call to see how I do it and participate.
- Get paid promptly. We do not delay your payments or make it difficult to get paid.
- Becoming a member of a solid team with huge growth potential.
- Once the client is on board, we take care of them from that point forward. It’s like running your own digital marketing agency without having to set up the backbone or having to manage each project or client.

- We want salespeople to make plenty of money, but maintaining a great reputation is the key to everyone on the team making good money. So, if you do things shady to damage our reputation, you hurt all of us. If I can’t trust you, NO. YOU ARE NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB.

A little history and information about our current plan
- Our Founder, Chris McElroy started doing digital marketing in 1995. He already had 20 years of sales experience before then.
- He built his first website in 1996, a step by step guide on how to build a website. He was trying to be helpful and on the bottom of each page it said, if you still have questions, email me. A lot of the email she got offered to pay him to do it for them.
- That led to this business being around for 30 years and his philosophy. BE HELPFUL.
- We’re scaling up in 2026. You’ll want to be here for this. We’re using cutting edge methods and tools to grow larger.
- From Chris: It takes patience and a good plan to get this done. I’ve been here before. I know how to build this, but I can’t do it alone.
